6 months old!
It's been 6 months since our Premium, Tapered and XL series of Precision Picks arrived on the market and wow, what a response! I'm so excited to see so many people adopt these new designs as their go-to picks. I thought it would be worth a quick recap on how these fit into the world.
The Tapered Precision Pick gives you a lighter-weight precision plectrum, with the ergonomics of a thicker pick. These really do deliver; the 0.70mm especially, thanks to it's flexible tip and thicker 1mm grip.
The Premium Precision Pick Our first foray into new materials and extra thick picks. The shape of the Precision Pick, using a harder, slicker polycarbonate and thicker body. The result, an ultra-refined attack, strong note-sound and exceptional fluidity. The 2mm took the same edge as the Precision Pick mini but the 3mm brings a new rounder profile to the table, which is dangerously easy to play.
The XL After chatting with countless players at shows, it became clear that small picks don't always work. The XL series makes precision picks accessible to players in need of bigger grip by providing an over-sized body and the same edge as the Precision Pick Mini!
Precision Pick Mini Turned 2!
The Precision Pick Mini is now two years old! We launched this pick in September 2022 after a huge demand for a sharper, faster 'mini' style pick and it's fair to say it went down a storm!
This pick provides our most refined edge with a strong point on a smaller body, helping players to achieve maximum velocity! Even better, an they glow brightly under UV light, making them the perfect partner on stage. At launch it was immediately adopted by Paul Templing of Gloryhammer and has become the staple for high-profile players like Bradley Hall. If you have a need for speed, this one is for you!
